A tropical twist on a Mimosa the Hawaiian Mimosa is very tasty. A great blend of sparkling wine or Champagne, Cointreau and pineapple juice it is a great addition to a brunch, baby shower, wedding reception or any other event where you'd like something light and tasty.
Pour all ingredients except Champagne or Sparkling Wine into a shaker glass filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Fill with Champagne or Sparkling Wine and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge.
