In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, creme de cacao, and half-and-half. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
For frozen in blender filled with ice pour in brandy, dark creame de cacao and 1 ounce half and half and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Blend on high and pour into a cocktail glass.
